We Love Tennessee!

Everything gets so green once the winter months are over. It is absolutely gorgeous! Anyway, my mom bought this little swing that hangs from a tree in our front yard. So here are a bunch of pictures of us swinging.



By the way, isn't my sister SO pretty??!! I know she would be really embarrassed if she knew I said that but she is so sweet and beautiful!

My Really Really Belated Birthday

Okay, so I know that my 14th birthday was actually in April,

but since no one else would post it I'm having to do it. I thought this was a cute pic of me with all my siblings.

I love them so much!!!

Yay! I got a cell phone!!! I've been pretty much begging for one for quite some time. I didn't think it was actually going to happen but lo and behold my parents got one for me! It's a light pink razr and I love it. Plus, another great surprise. I have unlimited everything!!! I'm not quite sure what the whole deal was but I know that it isn't costing my parents a fortune and I don't have to stress about over-texting.

I have to apologize for this picture. It's not a very nice one but it was the best out of three shots my mom got of me blowing out the candles. Trust me, in the other ones my cheeks were all puffed out and they weren't pretty. :) Oh, and to Grandma Stoner, thank you for the hoodie!!! I LOVE it!!!

Here's the cute little poster everyone signed for my birthday! It was so sweet of them. It's kind of become a family tradition to make a big banner for special occasions. Oh, and you are seeing something pretty rare in this picture. I almost never straighten all my hair and leave it down. My hair is just so thick and wavy and long that it takes a very long time to straighten it all.

Some Goofy Pics

This is a picture Brock took of us before we went to the Gold and Green Ball. It was Jessica's first dance, woo hoo! Brock told us to strike a somber pose with the flash on. We didn't realize it would make us look like medieval vampires.

Benjamin Graduates!

Benjamin graduated from the West End Church of Christ Kindergarten! He was such a cute little guy in his cap and gown. He didn't even mind posing for a few pictures. We all enjoyed the program that the kindergarteners presented. They sang This Land is Your Land, The Fifty-Nifty United States, and The 14 Judges of Israel. Ben is a great singer. I'm hoping he will perform at all of our family reunions this July.

Easter

We had a Ward Primary Activity, and before the Egg Hunt,

everyone had a contest pushing a plastic egg across the gym floor with their noses.

Matthew's kept coming apart! Poor guy, he eventually made it to the other side.

This was Easter Sunday when we all got our new Easter clothes. I HATE this picture of me, but in all the others we were making goofy faces, and there is no way I was going to put those embarrassing pictures on here! Everyone else looks perfect though, as always.

Gocarts!

While we were in Pigeon Forge, we didn't want to miss out on the gocarts! The first round, we got two double carts. The partners were Lauren and Grandpa, and close behind was Dad and Ben. They had so much fun! (There's no need to ask why I didn't ride, I'm just too scared!) The second round, Matthew really wanted to drive. So even though my Mom was biting her fingernails in fear the whole time, Matthew and Grandpa went around solo. Matthew was very safe and did really well for his first time driving a gocart!




I just thought this was a really cute picture of Grandpa with my adorable little brothers! (We couldn't forget to buy Grandpa a Tennessee hat! If you come out here, you will catch orange fever for sure. We won't let you leave without something from the orange army. Go Vols!)

Gatlinburg, Tennessee

When Grandma and Grandpa were here, we decided to spend a day in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. We had tons of fun! Matthew and Benjamin liked to climb on all the black bears. If there is one thing East Tennessee is famous for, it's the black bears from the Smoky Mountains. There were little statues of them all over the city.

When you go to a tourist trap like Gatlinburg, you know there are going to be tons of outlets and little shops and businesses. We went in to a purse shop that had all kinds of cute stuff in handbags and totes. Don't look at the picture too long though, I look terrible!!!
